WHERE THE TIME IS LOST?
The time is lost between team players, as well as when there is a slow
payment from the owner.
Last reason, is Materials Contacts high rise of prices.
One of the most difficult issues is the team’s history in construction,
whether the team has a long time spent altogether in the past.
Unfortunately! When the construction team is consisted on, mainly, by new
group of engineers in a large scale project then there may be (shall be)
conflicts between parties.
WHAT SLOW PAYMENT MEANS?
Slow payment is the small capability of the owner to finance smoothly a
project.
In this case there shall be time delays, from delivery of materials, as
well as, from subcontracting parts and labor.
WHAT IS THE
ROLE OF THE PROJECT PLANNER?
Project planner
runs the project management tool on behalf of Construction manager so as to
visualize all the project scope, as well as the resources and time plan.
This plan is
to be circulated over the construction administration and updated before every construction
meeting.
